For the best choice of luxury lodges and accommodations, we generally recommend planning six to twelve months ahead, especially for peak safari seasons, school holidays, and popular wildlife experiences.

Some exclusive properties book out even earlier. However, if you're planning a last-minute adventure, get in touch. We'll explore what's possible based on your dates and preferences.

Any planning fees, where applicable, will be explained clearly before you proceed. The details depend on the scope and complexity of your request, and we'll discuss them with you at the outset.

Your inclusions will depend on the itinerary we create. A safari may include accommodation, meals, game drives, selected activities, transfers, and other arrangements.

International flights, travel insurance, visas, gratuities, drinks, and certain optional experiences may be excluded unless specifically stated.

You'll receive a detailed itinerary and quotation outlining the inclusions, exclusions, payment terms, and applicable conditions before you confirm your arrangements.

Many African destinations offer wonderful safari experiences, but safety considerations vary by country, region, season, and activity.

We work with experienced local partners who understand their destinations and can help coordinate appropriate accommodation, transfers, activities, and practical travel arrangements. We'll also encourage you to review relevant travel advisories and ensure you have suitable travel insurance.

Health requirements and recommendations depend on your destinations, travel dates, medical history, and planned activities.

Some safari regions are malaria areas, while others offer malaria-free experiences. If malaria avoidance is important to you, let us know at the beginning so we can explore suitable destinations and routes.

We recommend consulting a qualified travel health professional well before departure for current vaccination, malaria prevention, and other health advice.

Yes. We work with an exclusive destination management company (DMC), Africa Tour, whose team of African travel experts helps coordinate the arrangements that bring your itinerary together.

Depending on your itinerary, we can arrange airport transfers, domestic flights, charter flights, guided activities, excursions, and other travel arrangements through our trusted partners.

We'll bring the different elements together into a cohesive itinerary, helping you move between destinations with greater ease.

We recommend that every traveler arrange appropriate travel insurance before departure. Your policy should reflect your destination, planned activities, and personal circumstances, and may include medical emergencies, evacuation, trip cancellation, interruptions, and baggage protection.

We work with Bryte, a South African travel insurance provider. For clients departing from South Africa, we'll include a travel insurance option in your quotation.

If you're departing from another country, we'll recommend that you arrange suitable cover through a provider available to you.

We'll also encourage you to review your cover carefully, including any exclusions that may apply to safari activities or adventure experiences.
