The Whitmores
Okavango Delta, Botswana
“We put the phones in a drawer and remembered how to look at each other. Our boys still talk about the elephants at first light as if it happened this morning.”
Adventis · Bespoke African Journeys
We curate luxury African experiences for families, couples, and private groups — where wonder, connection, and purpose meet in the wild.
Journeys
“Because the greatest souvenirs aren't things. They're the stories you bring home.”
All journeys are starting-point references curated by Atalia Bunce. No pricing, availability, or departure dates are confirmed here. Every journey begins with a conversation.
The heart behind the journey
Atalia Bunce's passion for travel, culture, nature, adventure and God created her vision for Adventis.
She wanted to create experiences “where journeys feeds connection”.
The purpose of her mission is to
Atalia's dream for Adventis is to help families rediscover their childlike love for life, for one another and the world around them, while using the success of the business to support projects that care for people, communities and creation. She believes that when we are blessed, we are also given an opportunity to bless others.
At the heart of Adventis is a simple hope:
“That people return home not only with photographs, but with a renewed appreciation for the people they love, the world they live in and the purpose they carry.”

“The gorilla trek was extraordinary. What stayed with us was the quiet afterwards — a sense of purpose, humility, and care for the people who keep that forest standing.”
Sofia Hart
Sossusvlei, Namibia
“I travelled with my sister to remember how to play. We climbed dunes, ate under a ridiculous sky, and found a gentleness we had not planned on bringing home.”
